Render Networks adds A$20M and pushes further into electric infrastructure
The company said the undisclosed-round financing accompanies its acquisition of mPower Innovations, extending its execution platform beyond fiber and into electric infrastructure.
Render Networks has announced A$20 million in new funding as it broadens its pitch from network deployment software to a wider execution platform for critical infrastructure.
The company describes its product as a system of execution for infrastructure builders and operators, covering design, build, connect and operate workflows across the asset lifecycle. On its website, Render says the platform is built to create a shared, auditable truth that helps customers deploy and operate infrastructure with more speed, accuracy and control.
The round type was not disclosed in the materials provided, and the company did not name a lead investor. What it did make clear is where the capital is going: the funding announcement was paired with Render Networks’ acquisition of mPower Innovations and an expansion into electric infrastructure.
That combination matters because Render has framed its market around the operational difficulty of scaling large infrastructure programs. The company’s site repeatedly targets infrastructure builders and infrastructure operators, with tools aimed at turning design into “executable truth,” reducing rework during construction, shortening connection timelines, and improving operational visibility once assets are live.
Render’s positioning is that these execution and coordination problems are growing as capital spending rises. The company says investment across fiber and electric infrastructure is scaling into the trillions, and argues that owners and builders need better execution systems to protect capital, accelerate time to revenue, and support long-term performance.
In that context, the funding looks less like a simple balance-sheet boost and more like a product and market expansion move. Render is using the new money not only to support its core platform, but also to extend that platform into electric infrastructure through the mPower deal. The company’s existing product lineup already spans design, construction, connection, operations, integrations, and AI-first business intelligence, suggesting it wants to be embedded across the full infrastructure workflow rather than serve a single point need.
For Render Networks, the message in this announcement is straightforward: more capital, a new acquisition, and a bigger addressable market stretching from fiber into electric infrastructure.
